Due to the nature of the products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on ALL items.

We highly recommend checking your products as soon as they are delivered. In the event your item is defective due to a manufacture defect, we will replace your item free of charge and ship your replacement right away as long as it is within 7 business days of receiving the item and the original item is in the original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will not be processed for replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. Used and opened items can be replaced with the same or like item. If your packaging shows signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact customer service for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. In most cases your replacement item will be on it’s way to you before we receive your return. For all approved returns, customers are a responsible for the shipping fees.
