FunZoneGift.com has recently made changes to our shipping policies. Please take a moment to read the entire shipping policy prior to placing your order.

Free shipping is available to all qualifying Continental United States shipments only. Free shipping is NOT available for Canada orders. We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy order volume we are not always able to do so. Free Priority shipments do not mean they will arrive within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped as selected, however it may take 1-2 days for the order to arrive once it has left our facilities. There are no guarantees on shipping times, arrival dates or method of shipment with Free Shipping Options. We reserve the right to ship your order using whichever carrier we choose. Please note free shipping may not be used with any other offer, promotion, coupon or partner code unless explicitly outlined in said promotion or special offer.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING – Available to all qualifying orders of $39.00 and up excluding, tax, shipping or oversize shipment fees.
FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING – Available to all qualifying orders of $99.00 and up excluding, tax, shipping or oversize shipment fees.

Standard Shipping 5-10 Business Days $5.95 Flat Rate.
USPS Priority Shipping 3-5 Business Days $9.95 Flat Rate.
DHL Global Mail Priority – no track or trace 1-2 Business Weeks $19.95 for the first item, $2.95 each additional item
USPS Priority Mail International 5-7 Business Days $39.95 for the first item, $3.95 each additional item
USPS Express Mail International 3-5 Business Days $49.95 for the first item, $4.95 each additional item
Customs, Duty and Taxes are payable by the recipient. If our shipping account gets charged, your credit card will be subsequently billed. You will also be charged for postage/freight incurred on all returned shipments.
All orders are processed in the sequence received and generally ship within 24 business hours of receipt of the order (transfers and large orders may require additional time).
** Expedited orders (Next Day & 2nd Day Air) are prioritized in our queue for rapid processing, however that not does guarantee your order will be delivered within 1-2 days. By requesting Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, you will ensure that your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after it has left our facility. We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy volume we are not always able to do so. Please note: UPS & FedEx do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as part of their Next Day & 2nd Day Air service.
FunZoneGift.com accepts orders from the USA and Canada. If you do not live in one of these countries then FunZoneGift.com does not currently ship to your country.
Please note, international customers must have video equipment that is NTSC compatible for all Adult Video orders. Returns cannot be accepted based on incompatibilities.
We are NOT responsible for the packages impounded by national Customs Authorities. The customer (you) might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; control over these charges cannot be predicted what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
International delivery is NOT guaranteed. If a package is lost (stolen), damaged, or vandalized, a replacement package WILL NOT be sent at no cost to you or refund your money. In order for products to be replaced for a shipment not delivered for the reasons listed above, a non-delivery must be confirmed by the post office and a damaged package must be returned to Emart Media. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, it will incur a 15% re-stocking fee or additional shipping costs for the second delivery, whichever is preferred by the customer.
